Since i started tattooing, ive tattooed every style thats currently in the tattooing world. I was doing Japanese, black an grey, fine line, colour and script each day. I realized overtime, The style and passion I had for the Japanese style always made me more hungry to learn about it. I’ve travelled around Asia a lot recently to learn and absorb as much culture as I can, and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon. Japanese tattooing keeps me hungry for knowledge by learning the techniques which makes the style so beautiful and timeless.
Japanese tattooing is done in multiple stages and each tattoo time can vary on the placement, size and detail. I love seeing the tattoo develop overtime, watching the sumi tattoo ink saturate on the client, allowing me to clearly see the smooth shading. I keep pushing my tattoo and Japanese art work in the never ending rabbit hole of Japanese culture.
