tiger tattoo half sleeve line work

Today, we started a tiger tattoo on a new client. it’s always fun to freehand tattoos, it gives the overall look so much more organic. Making sure the Japanese background flows it so important too, it gives the overall shape of a strong look. I saw some amazing free hand work out over in Thailand, china and South Asia, every time i travel it’s always great tattoo knowledge! i watched a tattoo artist freehand in south China recently, which gave me so much inspiration for this piece. When you visit another artist from another country, it’s like being a sponge the entire time.
